I studied under Carolyn Costin at the Carolyn Costin Institute where I learned from the best about how to support those struggling with eating disorders. I have my own lived experience with an eating disorder and work with my clients from a place of compassion and empathy. As a coach, I give back to those suffering with an eating disorder. I will work with your treatment team to help you achieve goals to make recovery a reality! I believe that full recovery is possible for you. I live in Massachusetts with my sons, husband and kitties.
